*Budget Tracking and Analysis
*Design Installation
* Assistance researching and contracting a venue
* Assistance hiring and management of all vendors
* A detailed day of timeline
*Program Scripting and AV Production Schedule
* Decor and prop set up the day of
* Onsite management
Sub Contracting-
Services are limited to only 2-3 clients per calendar year.

* Unlimited events throughout the contracted calendar year
* Weekly meetings with your Event Specialist
Event Services based on a per event basis:
