* A detailed day of timeline   

* Decor and prop set up the day of 
* Onsite management 

Non Profit-

*Unlimited phone and email communication leading up to the event
* Monthly meetings with your Coordinator including 2 venue walkthroughs per event

- Creative Designing   

- Proposal and Contracting

*Budget Tracking and Analysis   

*Design Installation

* Assistance researching and contracting a venue 

* Assistance hiring and management of all vendors  

* A detailed day of timeline 

*Program Scripting and AV Production Schedule  

* Decor and prop set up the day of 
* Onsite management 

Sub Contracting-

Services are limited to only 2-3 clients per calendar year.

 

*Unlimited phone and email communication

* Unlimited events throughout the contracted calendar year  

* Weekly meetings with your Event Specialist

Event Services based on a per event basis: 

- Creative Design   

- Proposal and Contracting   

*Design Installation
* Contracting and Negotiating your venue 
* Contracting and management of all vendors  
* A detailed production schedule and day of timeline 
* Vendor confirmation the month prior to your event  
* Decor and prop set up the day of 
* Onsite management 

* additional meetings available $100 per hour
